The Position
- The Vice President/Service Leader of Neuromusculoskeletal Services/Human Motion Institute is responsible for overall operations of the service line including acute rehabilitation, outpatient/inpatient therapy, inpatient orthopedics, neurology and neurosurgery, IV therapy team, nursing services office, monitored outpatient unit, float pool and mental health
- Has overall accountability for approximately 200 FTEs with the assistance of a management team
- Reports to the Hospital Administrator
- Qualified candidates will be a registered nurse and have a bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred with a minimum of seven years of related management experience
- Progressive leadership in patient satisfaction, quality and patient safety required
- Seeking strong, dynamic leader with excellent process improvement and change management skills to produce high quality outcomes for the service line
