Currently we are seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Rehab Nursing. This position reports to the Rehab Service Line Administrator, and in accordance with Nursing Professional Standards, hospital policies and procedures, ensures delivery of quality care; adherence to budgetary guidelines and productivity standards; hiring, supervision, and performance management of staff; identification of opportunities for improvement and growth, including program development; monitoring of equipment and supply needs; coordinating activities with other disciplines in order to facilitate interdisciplinary care; promoting communication between Rehab Services staff and other hospital departments and employees and assists in the managerial duties as assigned by the Service Line Administrator.
