The Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) is currently seeking a full time Registered Nurse to work at the national office located in Washington, DC.
All candidates should have a minimum of 2 years nursing experience. Experience in the specialty areas of rehabilitation nursing, emergency, neurology or orthopedic nursing is preferred. BSN and/or management training is a plus. Familiarity with the Department of Veterans Affairs, good organizational skills, case management technique and being able to work independently is desired. Applicant must be able to generate a professional report and work with colleagues around the country. We offer a competitive salary, outstanding benefits, a Monday through Friday work week, and are located next to a metro station. Some travel is required.
