RehabCare currently has a management opportunity available for an experienced inpatient rehabilitation RN that is looking for a career growth with an organization that is focused on patient care. We're seeking someone with a strong understanding of the inpatient rehabilitation environment and the ability to lead a talented group of clinicians.
We have a management opportunity available at Sutter Roseville Medical Center in Roseville, CA. for our "brand new" 40+-bed inpatient/acute rehab unit (brain injury, spinal cord and general rehab units).
As a Nurse Director with RehabCare your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the delivery of quality nursing care to patients on the unit
- Supervising nursing personnel
- Compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Responsibilities may include Program development, Quality improvement, Problem solving, Productivity enhancement and Patient & Family satisfaction
Requirements:
- Degree from a nationally approved school of nursing, BSN/CRRN preferred
- Current state license to practice
- Management/supervisory experience in a rehab environment required
- Recent experience in skilled nursing or acute rehab environment
- Experience in the development of new rehab program preferred
- Strong administrative skills and excellent communication skills necessary
