RehabCare is currently seeking an Executive Director to oversee a top notch CCRC in Rockville, MD.
Qualified candidates will:
- Have extensive knowledge of PPS
- Have multi-site supervision experience
- Have a track record of successful management experience in rehabilitation services and/or long term care services
- Have been in direct supervision of rehabilitation services (PT, OT, SLP)
- Have strong interpersonal and organization skills
Responsibilities include:
- The operation of a group of long term care facilities
- Program Director supervision & development
- Communicate and demonstrate a professional image/attitude for patients, families, clients, coworkers and others
- Participate in continuing education/professional development activities
- Develop and maintain positive relationship with client administration
- Carry out other duties as assigned
Occupational Therapist/Assistant, Physical Therapist/Assistant, Speech Language Pathologist or Nurse with rehab experience preferred.
