Roper St. Francis Healthcare, an EOE, in Charleston, SC is seeking RNs for our 39-bed Rehabilitation Unit. Candidates must have a degree from an accredited school of nursing and a current SC RN license in good standing.
Our Rehabilitation Unit, which received national accreditation (CARF) as a rehabilitation facility, returns 80% of our patients home, which is higher than the national average of 72%. We also received accreditation for a certified stroke program. The employee satisfaction and patient satisfaction surveys are at the 100th percentile using the PRC scoring system, and received top performer award in national recognition for overall quality of care for 2007. The outcomes, as measured by FIM change from admissions to discharge, are two points over benchmark. We are very proud of our Rehab Unit, and the fact that 86% of our nurses are certified!
