Work as a Clinical Manager for a 26 bed acute rehabilitation, CARF accredited, Regional Stroke Network and certified JCAHO SC primary Stroke Center Unit within the Illinois Neurological Institute at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.
We are seeking a nurse manager who is a role model for service excellence and team building to exceed the expectations of an adult/adolescent patient population with spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, stroke rehabilitation and orthopedic impairments.
Requirements include: BSN, minimum of 2-3 years management experience, state licensure, clinical experience, and the ability to work in collaboration with the medical and nursing directors in developing a shared vision to plan the promotion and growth of acute rehab services with a 36 plus regional referral area.
OSF Saint Francis Medical Center is a teaching hospital with Magnet status and a 550 bed Level 1 Trauma Center located in north-central Illinois and is affiliated with the University of Illinois College of Medicine-Peoria.
