is opening a new Comprehensive Spine Center,
and is seeking a Director

The Comprehensive Spine Center - Opening Fall 2008
- 27 exam rooms in two suites
- A diagnostic radiology suite featuring two digital X-ray rooms
- An interventional pain management suite featuring three fluoroscopy rooms and 11 pre- and post-procedure rooms
- 4,000 square feet of therapy space
- A patient education and resource room
The Director of The Comprehensive Spine Center will provide leadership and direction to a staff of approximately 35 FTEs, in the successful opening and subsequent oversight of operations and provision of services at The Comprehensive Spine Center.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be a RN, with a minimum of four years of administrative and clinical leadership experience in an outpatient setting, in an area related to spine care or rehabilitation. A Master’s degree in nursing, business, or a healthcare-related field is preferred. Non RN candidates will be considered if there is a strong track record of clinical experience and success in an outpatient/rehab setting. A proven track record of building programs with demonstrated results in improved clinical outcomes, patient and physician satisfaction, and profitable market share growth is an absolute must.
