WellSpan seeks a self-motivated RN to participate in the development and eventual leadership of a new 48-bed freestanding rehabilitation center.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of leadership and will serve as a member of a dynamic project team. The individual will serve as the nursing manager once the facility opens.
Requirements:
* Acute rehabilitation experience
* Recent clinical experience
* 1-2 years managerial experience
