We have a management opportunity available at Monticello Big Lake Hospital in Monticello, MN for our 6-bed inpatient rehab unit.
About Monticello Big Lake Hospital:
Monticello-Big Lake Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital dedicated to providing patient-centered care that improves the health and well-being of our community. The hospital provides care to more than 35,000 patients and their families each year. Monticello Big Lake Hospital is a growing critical care hospital located near St. Cloud and Minneapolis. The hospital is adding a 6 bed IRF in October 2008 and is expanding to a 10 bed IRF within 24 months. Monticello Big Lake is located in a new and expanding community.
As a Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation with RehabCare your responsibilities will include:
- Program development
- Financial management
- Operations
- Census/volume growth
- Delivering a full range of assessment and treatment plans
- Contributing to unit performance goals
Requirements:
- Prefer clinical background such as PT, OT, SLP, RN, or MSW
- Strong understanding of the inpatient care and regulatory environment
- Manager experience preferred
- Experience with adult or geriatric population
