Annual Writers' Contest
ARN invites you to enter the Voices of Rehabilitation Nursing Writers' Contest. This yearly contest gives ARN members (and interested nonmembers) an opportunity to achieve special recognition for an article of compelling human interest in the field of rehabilitation nursing. Articles submitted for consideration should emphasize a professional experience that
- summarizes an original or highly successful rehabilitation approach;
- describes a unique team-building scenario; or
- illustrates a special rehabilitation-related contribution to care.
Authors submitting articles to the contest will receive a $35 credit toward the purchase of ARN merchandise. The winner will be announced at the ARN Annual Educational Conference. The winning article will be published in the "Perspectives" column of Rehabilitation Nursing, and its primary author will receive a free 1-year membership to ARN. Articles should be no longer than seven (7) double-spaced, typewritten pages and should follow American Psychological Association (APA 5th edition) format. Please submit your manuscript as an attached PC compatible Word document to Gail Pannozzo, Editorial Assistant, to gpannozzo@connect2amc.com. The application deadline is July 18, 2008. |
