ARN Events Provide Live Interactive Learning
ARN hosts live interactive events all year long, providing you with trusted education in a variety of environments.
Live Webinars to Keep you Current on the Most Pressing Matters
Live webinars are developed based on feedback we receive from members. We encourage you to bring your staff and interdisciplinary teams or schedule a chapter meeting during the live webinars to encourage interactive discussion with the educator and your team. Following the live event, all those who registered will receive a link to the on-demand course, so you can access and review the webinar at any time! If you cannot attend the live webinar, purchase the on-demand course following the event to host meetings when it's convenient for you. Topics are timely and critical and will help you increase knowledge, develop best practices, and positively impact patient outcomes!

ARN Offered Live IMPACT Course in 2018
First, in Tampa, February 16-17, and then again in Chicago, July 20-21, ARN hosted a live IMPACT Course to help nurses improve patient outcomes. Course instructors, Kathy Clark, MSN RN CRRN, and Jill Rye, DNP RN CRRN CNL, led both sessions to help prepare post-acute care (PAC) facilities for public quality reporting. The IMPACT Course helped teams Move Beyond Scoring to Improve Patient Outcomes. The course was appropriate for Nurses, Nurse Managers, Patient Care Technicians, PPS and MDS Coordinators, Nurse Educators, Quality Compliance Officers, Supervisors, Clinical Educators, and Directors. Attendees walked away from a very interactive day-and-a-half attaining 10.25 Contact Hours, bringing the best of the best ideas back to their facilities to make recommendations to senior management on evidence-based interventions to make the biggest quality improvements across the PAC continuum, how to work with each team member to meet the requirements of the IMPACT Act while enhancing patient care, and they also learned clinical content from Clark and Rye on skin assessment, cognitive patterns, functional self-care, mobility, and bowel and bladder quality indicators.
