How to Download

  1. Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  2. Search for Connected Community
  3. Download and open the app
  4. When prompted, enter the domain: membercircle.rehabnurse.org
  5. Log in with your ARN credentials

Once logged in, you can browse discussions and manage notifications directly from your phone.

Tip: For more complete access, you can also create a desktop or mobile shortcut:

On desktop: Drag the lock icon or tab from the browser address bar onto your desktop

On mobile: Use the browser menu to select "Add to Home Screen"

Trouble Shooting 

We recommend clearing only the specific site data to clear your cache and cookies for the refresh of the new Member Circle.

For a specific site (Chrome):

  1. Open Google Chrome and click the three-dot menu (More) in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click on Privacy and security in the left-hand menu.
  4. Select Site settings.
  5. Scroll down and click on View permissions and data stored across sites.
  6. Locate the site you want to clear data for, expand its entry to see more details if necessary, and then click the trash bin icon to delete its data.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the three bars (Menu) in the top right corner.
  2. Select Settings > Privacy & Security.
  3. Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  4. Click Manage Data... to find and remove specific site data, or click Clear Data... to clear everything.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three dots (Settings and more) in the top right corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
  3. Under "Clear browsing data," select "Choose what to clear".
  4. Select a time range, choose the data types to delete, and click "Clear now".

Safari (on iPhone/iPad)

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down and select Safari.
  3. Tap Clear History & Website Data to clear history and cookies, or scroll to Advanced > Website Data to delete data for specific sites.
