The 2021 Call for Webinar Proposals is Open!
ARN invites you to submit a webinar proposal for the ARN 2021 Webinar Program open October 1 to December 1.
As we look to 2021 and begin to plan our webinar schedule, ARN opens the call for webinars to hear from rehab nurses like you! As nurses, you have a wide variety of experience that we want to learn from. We invite you to share your experience by presenting a 60-minute webinar that includes in-depth discussion and audience engagement. Each session will be worth one CNE and the content must be free of commercial bias.
How to submit your proposal
To submit your proposal, you must include the following information:
- Webinar title
- Target audience
- Presentation summary
- Presentation outline
- Learning objectives
- Presenter CV
All selections will be made, and presenters notified, by December 15.
Past topics have included:
- Recovery after TBI
- Optimizing your rehabilitation program
- Bowl and bladder dysfunction rehabilitation
- Fall prevention and recovery
- CARF standards and training
- Mindfulness and burnout in rehab nurses
- Heart failure treatment
- Pain management
- Stroke care
We’re looking for feedback on topics you’re most interested in.
We would love to gain your input about topics that spark your interest and meet your needs as you continue to advance your rehab nursing skills and knowledge base. If you would like to see other topics than listed above—or have a great idea you would like to see us develop—please complete our topic survey to rank your top potential webinar topics.
What can I expect as a presenter?
If your proposal is selected, presenters will be asked to pre-record their session. The session will play at a scheduled date and time and the presenter will be given the option of attending the stream of their recorded session to answer live questions OR publishing the recorded version of their session without a live stream.
