When and where is the 2026 ARN Annual Conference?
The 2026 ARN Annual Conference will take place on August 2-4, 2026, at the West Palm Beach County Convention Center, Florida.
What is the cost to attend?
Registration costs vary based on business type (retailer/supplier), ARN membership status, and time of purchase. For a full breakdown of pricing, visit the registration page.
Is there a dress code?
There is no formal dress code, however, many dress in business casual. West Palm Beach’s average high in August is 89°F and the average low is 76°F. Meeting room temperatures tend to vary, so we recommend that you bring a light sweater or jacket.

How do I register?

Where do I pick up my badge?
Badge pick up will be available at the registration desk. The registration hours for Saturday are 12:00 pm-7:00 pm and Sunday from 6:30 am-6:00 pm. Exhibitors are welcome to pick their badge up during this time. Please Note: You must pick up your badge prior to entering the exhibit hall, including during exhibit Installation.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
All cancellations must be made in writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. A $100 processing charge will apply to all cancellations. No refunds will be made on cancellations postmarked after July 14, 2026. All refunds will be processed after the conference. ARN reserves the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If ARN must cancel, registrants will receive full credits or refunds of their paid registration fees. No refunds can be made for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the conference.
