Where do I pick up my badge?
Badge pick up will be available at the registration desk. The registration hours for Saturday are 12:00 pm-7:00 pm and Sunday from 6:30 am-6:00 pm. Exhibitors are welcome to pick their badge up during this time. Please Note: You must pick up your badge prior to entering the exhibit hall, including during exhibit Installation.
What if I need to cancel my registration?

No refunds will be made on cancellations postmarked after July 14, 2026. All refunds will be processed after the conference. ARN reserves the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If ARN must cancel, registrants will receive full credits or refunds of their paid registration fees. No refunds can be made for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the conference.
