Mary Ann Mikulic Scholarship
Attend ARN's 2024 Rehab Nursing Conference
The Mary Ann Mikulic Scholarship covers one full hybrid registration fee for a first-time attendee to ARN’s 2024 Rehabilitation Nursing Conference. Attend the conference both in-person in San Antonio, TX and virtually to earn continuing education credits and connect with your rehab nursing community.
Value: $799+
Eligibility requirements include:
- Must be an active ARN Member
- Must be an active Registered Nurse currently practicing in the specialty of rehabilitation nursing
- Must be a first-time conference goer and have never previously attended an ARN conference
The scholarship covers the registration fee for one nurse. Transportation to and from the conference as well as accommodations while at the meeting must be covered by the scholarship recipient.
Selection
To be considered, application materials must be received by June 1, 204. All scholarship applicants will be notified in July.

Bachelor of Science (BSN) Scholarship
Apply to earn financial assistance in rehabilitation nursing from ARN
The ARN scholarship program provides financial assistance to rehabilitation nurses working toward a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
Award
$1,500
Eligibility:
Rehabilitation nurses who meet these criteria are eligible for the scholarship:
- Must be an active ARN member
- Current enrollment in a BSN degree program, in good standing, and successful completion of at least one course.
- Current practice in rehabilitation nursing.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in rehabilitation nursing.
Members of the ARN Board of Directors and their staff are not eligible for the scholarships.
Application process
To be considered, application materials must be received by June 1, 2024.
Selection
The recipient will be selected by ARN based on the application materials provided. All scholarship applicants will be notified in July. Payment will be made to the scholarship recipient before the end of the year.

Graduate School Scholarship
Apply to earn financial assistance for your graduate school from ARN
ARN offers financial assistance in the form of a scholarship to nurses working toward a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a doctorate degree in nursing (PhD, DNP, DNS/DNSc).
Award
$1,500
Eligibility:
- Membership and involvement in ARN
- Current enrollment in a graduate level degree program, in good standing, and successful completion of at least one course
- Current practice in rehabilitation nursing
- Minimum of two years of experience in rehabilitation nursing
- CRRN is preferred, but not required

The recipient will be selected by ARN based on the application materials provided. All scholarship applicants will be notified in July. Payment will be made to the scholarship recipient before the end of the year.

CRRN Scholarship
Apply to earn financial assistance to sit for the CRRN exam
This scholarship provides assistance for the December 2024 or June 2025 CRRN exam to 6 applicants, 3 for each testing window.
Value: $460
Eligibility:
- Must meet the following criteria to be able to sit for the CRRN exam:
- Current, unrestricted US, US territories, or Canadian RN licensure; AND
- Completion of at least one of the following at the time of application:
- Two years of practice as a registered professional nurse in rehabilitation nursing within the last five years; or
- One year of practice as a registered professional nurse in rehabilitation nursing and one year of advanced study (beyond baccalaureate) in nursing within the last 5 years.

Mary Ellen Hatch Member Scholarship
Apply to earn one year of complimentary ARN membership
This scholarship provides one year of ARN membership to an emerging leader in the rehabilitation nursing space.
Value: $145
Eligibility:
- New or renewing ARN members are eligible
- An emerging leader in ARN or their organization

The recipient will be selected by ARN based on the application materials provided. All scholarship applicants will be notified in July. Payment will be made to the scholarship recipient before the end of the year.
