Special Interest Group Information & Networking Session

Join ARN on Wednesday, September 22 from 12 -1 pm CT via Zoom to network and learn more about the new Special Interest Group (SIG) program. The new SIG program will be explained during the first part of the meeting and then all attendees will be sent into SIG breakout rooms based on their interests.

Attendees will be asked to rank their top 3 SIG preferences upon registering for this session. The new SIGs are:

• Members for 20+ years
• Members for less than 5 years
• New CRRNs
• Nurse Managers
• Staff Nurses
• Nurse Administrators
• COVID-19
• TBI/Stroke
• Pain

For future SIG meetings, members can participate in more than one SIG, however, members will be limited to one SIG for this first meet and greet session.

Rehabilitation Nursing Conference SIG Meetings

Following the SIG Information and Networking session, Special Interest Groups will reconvene during the week of ARN's Rehabilitation Nursing Conference via Zoom for 45-minute focus groups. Attendance is not limited to conference attendees.

The following SIGs will meet on Wednesday, November 10 from 10:15 – 11:00 am ET:

• TBI/Stroke

• Advancing Science and Practice
• Pain
• Staff Nurses

Post Conference SIG Meetings & Networking Opportunities

SIG meetings will continue to meet quarterly via Zoom. Each SIG will hold a meeting in February, May, and August. Along with these meetings, Member Circle communities will be formed for each SIG so members can continue valuable conversation between meetings and throughout the year.
