Updates About Your Rehabilitation Nursing Journal (RNJ)
The Rehabilitation Nursing Journal (RNJ) is one of the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses' most valued member benefits and a cornerstone of ARN's commitment to advancing the field of rehabilitation nursing. As an internationally respected, peer-reviewed publication, RNJ delivers in-depth articles on current practice issues, cutting-edge research, and insightful editorial features that support the care of individuals with disabilities and chronic illnesses.
Updates to 2025 RNJ
To align with industry trends and better serve our members, RNJ will shift its publication frequency from six issues per year to four issues per year starting in 2025.
What's Staying the Same
- High-Quality Content: RNJ will continue delivering the insightful and impactful articles you rely on.
- Free CE Credits: Members will still receive one free continuing education (CE) credit with every issue, providing opportunities to earn up to four (4) CE credits annually.
- Accessibility: RNJ remains available in both print and digital formats for your convenience, accessible via desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
This change allows us to focus on delivering even richer content in each issue, ensuring RNJ continues to be a top-tier member benefit that upholds ARN's mission and commitment to excellence. We are also thrilled to welcome Anne Deutsch, PhD RN CRRN FARN, as the incoming Editor-in-Chief of RNJ.
Our deepest gratitude goes to Pamala Larsen, PhD MS RN FARN, who has served as Editor-in-Chief since 2019, for her outstanding dedication to advancing research and scholarship in rehabilitation nursing. Under Anne's leadership, we are excited to see the journal's continued growth and impact.
