4 things to know about the Quality Improvement Grant with Dr. Amy Hester

The ARN Advancing Science and Practice Committee is providing the opportunity for up to (2) winners of a Quality Improvement Grant, which focuses on improvement projects within rehabilitation. Applications will remain open until July 15, 2022.

1. Who would benefit the most from the QI Grant?

Clinical teams needing to support training or other resources for their PI project. DNPs looking for support of a DNP project deemed not to be human subjects' research are also great candidates.

2. What is the committee hoping to achieve with this grant?

To support evidence-based practice initiatives at the bedside.

3. What would you like to say to anyone considering applying? 

Be creative with what you would use the funding for, and anyone is eligible. You do not need a DNP or PhD to apply.

4. Any additional insight to why someone should apply?

This can support bedside initiatives and help you drive the quality you seek to provide within your organization.
