ARN is governed by an eleven-member board of directors, consisting of three officers, six directors and one staff nurse mentee director who guide the direction of the association and provide visionary leadership reflecting the diverse interests and needs of its members. Leadership is elected by ARN voting members on a voting slate. Responsibilities are based on core values as identified in the ARN strategic plan to guide the future direction of the association.
