Submit your innovative ideas and proposals for ARN’s 2026 Rehabilitation Nursing Conference! We’re looking for submissions that highlight quality improvement, evidence-based practice, research, education, leadership, and program evaluation. This exciting event will once again be presented in a hybrid format, offering both virtual sessions (July 23-24) and in-person (August 2-4) in West Palm Beach, Florida, at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.

Returning This Year: Rapid-Fire Sessions

Experience a dynamic presentation format featuring 7-minute talks from diverse thought leaders, delivering impactful insights in just 1 hour. These fast-paced sessions will showcase cutting-edge research and actionable strategies in rehabilitation nursing, fostering collaboration and creativity.

Ideal for new presenters, this format allows speakers to focus on key points without the pressure of lengthy sessions, encouraging emerging voices to share their perspectives. It's also perfect for those submitting a virtual poster proposal who want to present live.

Please Note: Rapid-Fire session will be in-person only. If selected, you must attend the conference in person.

How to Start Submissions:

  • Read the 2026 Proposal Submission Instructions and FAQs for more information on abstract requirements and new portal user instructions.
  • All Keynote and General Education session proposals must be submitted by December 11, 11:59 PM CT, 2025.
  • All Paper, Case Study, Rapid-Fire Session, or Poster proposals must be submitted by January 22, 11:59 PM CT, 2026.
  • You may revise your proposal at any time up until the submission deadline.
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon submission.
