Welcome to the ARN Conference Resource Desk. Below, you’ll find helpful information for accessing the conference platform, participating in sessions, and navigating your registration benefits.
Best Practices for Accessing the Conference Platform
- Use a Recommended Browser: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
- Clear Your Browser History and Cache before accessing the platform
- Close Unnecessary Tabs to optimize performance
- Disconnect from VPNs if accessing from a work network
Streaming Access
- At Work: If your office has a firewall, consult IT to ensure streaming is enabled
- At Home: Avoid using other streaming services (e.g., Netflix) during the conference
Optimize Your Internet Connection
- Wired Connections are preferred for stability
- If using Wi-Fi, stay close to your router

Accessing the Conference Platform

Important Time Zone Information
To ensure a seamless experience across both the virtual and in-person portions of the conference, we recommend the following:
- Virtual-only attendees: Set your time zone to your local time so sessions appear correctly based on where you'll be joining from.
- In-person attendees (Phoenix): Set your time zone to Mountain Standard Time (MST) for the best experience on-site.
- Hybrid attendees: Start with your local time zone for the virtual conference (July 24–25), then switch to MST (Phoenix time) for the in-person portion (July 30–August 1).
How to Update Your Time Zone
You can select your preferred time zone in two ways:
- When prompted to confirm your profile details during your first login.
- At any time by navigating to your profile settings and selecting a new time zone from the dropdown.
Staying in the correct time zone will ensure session times, reminders, and calendar invites are all accurate for your location.
Accessing the Conference Schedule
After logging in and completing your profile:
- Navigate to "Schedule" from the left-hand menu
- Select your applicable schedule type
- Click the star icon next to a session to "favorite" it. Favorited sessions will appear in "My Saved Sessions"
Note: Favoriting a session does not equal registration for pre/post-conference or tour sessions. Contact Member Services to confirm your registration.
Session Access by Registration Type
You will only have access to the registration level you have purchased.
- Virtual Only: Access to all live virtual sessions
- In-Person Only: Access to all live in-person sessions (not livestreamed)
- Hybrid: Access to both live virtual and in-person sessions. In-person sessions are not livestreamed but will be available on-demand through December 31.
- Professional Tours: Require separate registration

On-Demand Access by Registration Type
- Virtual Only: On-demand access to virtual sessions
- Hybrid: On-demand access to both virtual and in-person sessions (excluding non-educational sessions)
- In-Person Only: No access to on-demand content
On-demand content will be available through December 31, 2025.
How to Watch On-Demand Sessions
- Click on the session title in the schedule
- If available, click "Watch On-Demand" after the session concludes
Virtual Poster Hall Access
- Virtual Only and Hybrid attendees: Full access to poster hall and CE
- In-Person Only attendees: No access to virtual posters but can attend in-person poster discussions for CE
Interacting with Presenters
- Use the Q&A and Discussion feature:
- Click on the session/poster
- Click "Discussion + Q&A"
- Submit questions under "Questions" or start a conversation under "Discussion"
Accessing Presentation Slides
- Click on a session
- Click the "Slides" button next to the presenter name
- Additional materials will appear under "Handouts" if available
Case Study & Paper Presentation Timing
Grouped by theme. Click the session title to see all presentations. Individual presentation times are approximate; focus on the overall session timeframe.
Completing Evaluations & Earning CNE
- Click "Session Evaluations" or "Poster Evaluations" from the left-hand menu
- Complete evaluations for the conference, each session, and posters to receive credit
- All evaluations must be completed by December 31, 2025
Joining Live Virtual Sessions
Navigate to your session in the schedule
- Click the session title
- If the session is starting, click "Join Live!"
- You’ll enter the Zoom waiting room ~15 minutes before start time
Accessing the Virtual Poster Hall
- Click "Posters" in the left-hand menu
- Choose between Poster List or Poster Gallery to search, view, and favorite posters
- Zoom Instructions
- In the Waiting Room: Host will let you in ~5 minutes before start
- Enable Your Camera (optional)
- Attendees Will Be Muted during the session
To Call In by Phone:
- Choose "Phone Call" before entering or switch using the arrow next to the microphone icon
- Asking Questions:
- Use the Chat feature in Zoom to submit questions
Troubleshooting Tips
Poor audio/video? Check your internet connection. A wired connection is best.
Virtual Round Table Discussions
- Join via Zoom 5 minutes before the session
- Moderator will introduce the topic, then dismiss participants to choose their breakout rooms
