ARN to Host First Entirely Virtual Annual Conference with REACH 2020
CHICAGO—August 13, 2020: The Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN) is proud to announce that the ARN Annual Conference, REACH 2020, will be held virtually October 20–22, marking the first time ARN has offered this important event in an entirely online format.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the ARN Board of Directors determined this format change was the best way to protect the safety of attendees, the vulnerable populations they care for, and their communities while still ensuring nurses' access to the cutting-edge research and education they need to deliver high-quality rehabilitation nursing care.
Attendees of REACH 2020 can curate their own nursing education by choosing from a variety of special events and sessions covering evidence-based practice, new treatments, and the latest in rehabilitation nursing. The entirely virtual conference will offer and educational sessions, networking events, and live discussions with speakers. Throughout the month of October, preconference events such as the CRRN Review Course will take place, giving attendees access to more virtual education in addition to the conference.
Attendees will have access to conference recordings for 30 days after the live-streamed event. By extending their education through these recordings, REACH 2020 attendees can claim more CNE than ever before: more than 60 hours from the conference alone, with additional hours from preconference events bringing the total available CNEs to more than 90.
To reflect the new format, REACH 2020 also offers a discounted rate of $385 for members, $515 for nonmembers, and $245 for students.
